We offer a 20-day return and refund policy. Therefore, if 20 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in original/new condition in which you received it and returned in its original packaging. In order to complete your return, we also request receipt or proof of purchase by providing us with your order number. Contact us at email@example.com to start a return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email, to the email provided at the time of purchase, in order to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval, or rejection, of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 2-5 business days (refund time may vary depending on your financial institution). If your return is rejected, you will receive an email with an explanation as to why the return of your item was rejected, and how you may proceed.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If your return has been approved, and you have not received your refund yet, please know that typically refunds may take 2-5 business days to be processed by your financial institution. If after such time, your refund has not been received, we urge you to first check your financial records again, to assure that your refund has not arrived. Then, we suggest you contact your credit card company, or financial institution, as it may take some time before they post your refund to your account. Incorrect or Defective Orders (if applicable)
Items that are damaged or defective, may be exchanged for the same item. If you received your purchase, and find that an item within your order happens to be incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us immediately at: email@example.com, along with the Name, Email, and Order Number for your purchase, and provide images of the damage or defect, if applicable, so we can proceed with the exchange process. Any claims beyond the 20 days, cannot be replaced.
Damaged Items (if applicable)
Items that were damaged during shipping cannot be exchanged or refunded, and a claim must be submitted through the carrier (UPS / USPS / etc.) We carefully inspect every order to ensure that we do not send out damaged products. Any products that arrive damaged are liable to the carrier.
To return your purchase, please select one of the two options:
Option A: Contact us and then purchase your return label through a major carrier and send your return to the following address. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and all shipping costs for your purchase are non-refundable.

Option B: Request a return label through Black Brick Audio. Contact us and we will create a shipping label for you in digital form. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the item, and the weight of the item, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item with a value over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
